CENTENARY AIR RACE
GIFTS TO COMPETITORS (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. On behalf of Sir Maepherson Robertson, sponsor of the centenary air race, the Mayor to-day presented to FlyingOllieer C. E. Kay a fine gold medallion. Two similar medallions have arrived for Squadron-Leader Ilewett and Mr F. SteAvai't. Sir Macphersou Robertson is presenting one to every person in each plane which finished the race.
