AUCKLAND TO WELLINGTON (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A cyclist, Gordon Lukey, last night completed a ride from Auckland in 36hrs. 18min., clipping Bhrs. 24min. off bis September time for the 462 miles. Up till'September, tho fastest time wiis that of S. Wright, in the year 1929, in just over £6hrs. lukey lost) over a stone in weight on the trip, the weather being very hot and sunny.
