TRIAL OF CONSPIRATORS QUEEN MARIE’S POSITION (Received December 20, noon.) MARSEILLES, Dec. 19. Queen Marie of Jugoslavia, King Alexander’s widow, constituted herself a civil party in the prosecution of the trio who are charged with complicity in the assassination.
The trial probably will be in March. Her counsel is the ex-Premier, M. Paul Boncour.
