PRIVY GOUNCIL APPEAL DECISION RESERVED (Received Dec. 19, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 18. The Privy Council to-efay reserved decision in the case in which William Douglas Lysnar, of Gisborne, appealed from the decision of the New Zealand Appeal Court in the action which he had brought against the National Bank of New Zealand Limited. The action arose out of the financing by the bank of the Arowhana station and its subsequent possession of the property, the appellant contending that the bank had failed to adhere to the terms of a contract entered into between the parties.
