NAVAL ARMAMENTS
LONDON DISCUSSIONS DOMINIONS INFORMED (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 18. The Japanese delegates to the preliminary naval conversations, Mr. lifatsudaii'a and Admiral Yamamoto, were received by the King at Buckingham I’alaCe this afternoon. Sir John Simon and Mr. J. 11. Thomas had a meeting to-day with the High Commissioners for tile Dominions and informed them of the present position of the naval conversation’s with the United States and the Japanese representative, with special reference, it is understood, to the proposed adjournment of these conversations.
