BRITISH FASCISTS NO EVIDENCE FOR JURY (Received Dec. 19. noon) . LONDON, Doc. 18. At the Sussex assizes, the judge ruled that there was no evidence for the jury, and discharged Sir Oswald Mosley and his three co-defendants, including William Joyce, director of Fascist propaganda, and Captain Rudd, a West Sussex district officer, on charges of a riotous assembly, arising from a Fascistmeeting at Nothing on October 9.
