NAVAL DISCUSSIONS RESUMPTION LATER (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 17. It is anticipated that an announcement shortly will be made notifying the adjournment of the naval conversations, which have been proceeding in London for the last two months, and it is considered likely that .arrangements will also have been agreed upon providing for their resumption at some futuredate. The subject is understood to have been discussed by Sir John Simon, Mr. Norman Davis and Admiral Stanley, of the American naval delegation, and Mr. Matsudaira, when they played golf together on Walton Heath on Saturday.
