GERMAN INDUSTRY ALLOTMENT OF FINANCE (Received Dee. 18, 11 a.m.) BERLIN, Dee. 17. Ilerr Krupp has resigned the leadership of German industry, and. Dr Schaelit has requested Ilerr Ewald Hector, leader 6f the Reich Economic Chamber, to replace him. Herr Krupp is-concentrating on the. management of Ins own firm, in view of Geinlany's rearmament. J)r. Schacht and Kerr Krupp differed over the allotment -of foreign currencies for the purchase of raw materials, though it is reported that i hey have been reconciled.
