HOISTED IN LONDON (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Dec. 18. & p.m.) LONDON, Dee. 17. The Western Australian flag, consisting of. the Union Jack adjoining the staff with a black swan in it field, was hoisted on the Western Australian offices when the secessionists departed: for Westminster to witness the presentation of the petition to the House of Lords.
