(To the Editor of the Herald.-),,..; Sir, —I wish to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to what takes place every week when, we relief workers collect our pay at the borough office. We are there pestered to subscribe to the funds of a 'certain movement, or to buy Communist Titerat ture, Eussian Soviet • propaganda, etcY We unemployed object; methods .and ask that it be stopped.
