£SOOO FOR MRS. ULM
GOVERNMENT’S GRANT CANBERRA, Dec. 14. The Federal Government is making an immediate grant of £SOOO to Mrs Chas. Ulm, which is approximately the amount of Mr. Ulrn-’s life insurance after his obligations in respect to the Federal Government guarantee of £BOOO have-been discharged' and other private affairs settled. x A bill to this effect passed all stages in the House of Representatives to-day.
