LAUNCHED BY GERMANY LONDON, Dee. 14. The Daily Telegraph’s naval correspondent'says that Germany sprung a surprise by launching the new cruiser Nurnberg, of which previously there was not the slightest inkling. The dockyards at Kcil and Wilhemshaven, and the ordnance plants at Essen and Dusseldorf, are guarded as closely as they ivcre in war-time.
