JUDGE TO RETIRE
N.S.W. EQUITY COURT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) SYDNEY, Dec. 14. Sir John Harvey, Chief Judge in the Equity Court, announces his retirement from the Supreme Court Bench of New South Wales at the end of the month, owing to failing eyesight.
