Toe most recent cases reported me tb’js'e of u husband and a wife living at )■ uni, near i'ukekolie. They became ill cm Sunday and attribute their trouble to catinw tainted meat. They did not seek nft-dical attention, but treated themselves, and have now recovered. A slight improvement'in the condition of. the uve patients who were admitted to lo pitiil on Thursday is reported. None 1 of the patients is now considered to be in a serious condition. -The precis® nature of the illness has ‘ not yet been decided definitely by the authorities, who are investigating, as analyses of the various samples of food■tan taken have not yet been completed, A ip believed, however, that food poison- ';/■ ** "W* I ' ' '
