POVERTY BAY CLUB Green and weather conditions yesterday were excellent, and there was a good muster on the Gisborne club's greens, where the Thursday Fours competition was continued. Results were as under:—

OTRBORNE CLUB A further series of games in the Poverty Bay Bowling Club’s Thursday Fours competition were played yesterday afternoon, when the fast green and a rather tricky wind influenced the results to some extent. Results:
Brown, Rowley, Graham, Gardner (s) 35 v. Toneydiffc, Ansell, Clare, Russ Is) 13.
Ingram, Derbyshire, Ashworth, Sim (s) 24 v. Sell, Rusher, Aladdock, Whiting (s) 27. Rolih. Shaw. Nesbitt, McKeaguo (s) 35 v. Leech, Henderson, Ludwig, Phillips (s) 17. One ordinary game was played, resulting as follows: Elliott, Martin, Daniels, Steele (s) 21 v. Wood, Rosie. Alexander, Whiting (s) 27. The skip of the losing team in (his game is a member of the Napier dub.
