ALLEGED SEDITION
TRIAL OF INDIAN DEC LSI ON RESERVED (Received Dec. 14. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The Times’ Bombay correspondent says the magistrate reserved judgment in the case of Abdul Gaffar Khan, who was charged with sedition in a speech in which he alleged that Indian soldiers tired, kjlling 200- He also declared that the North-west Province Government was promulgating laws for the purpose of stirring up trouble, while the police aimed at fomenting unrest.
