The Irish time “ISI. Patrick’s Day in the Morning” will be ployed to-morrow as the official Argentine naval anthem lor (he first time in -the history of modern Argentina. It will he played when President Justo, the members of the Cabinet, and the Mayor of Buenos Aires will attend a naval and military demonstration in memory of the. Irishman, Admiral William Brown, founder of the Argentine Navy, who led it to victory in 1814. Admiral Brown ordered ‘‘lst. Patrick’s Dav” to be played when going into action in the wars of independence.
