HEARING RESUMED
TRUNK MURDER CASE PATHOLOGIST’S EVIDENCE (Received llcc. 13, noon) LONDON, Dec. 12. At the resumption of the trial of Jack Notyro in connection with the trunk murder case., Doris Saville gave evidence that Notyro concocted a story for her to tell the police that she and Notyre visited Violette Kaye at a Brighton flat, went out, returned home, and found Miss Kaye dead. Notyre informed the police that he returned to the flat and found that Miss Kaye had been murdered, and feared to say anything because lie could not prove his innocence. Sir Bernard Spilsbury, using a human skull, demonstrated the injuries to Miss Kaye, whose skull was fractured by a blunt object. Death was not due to poisoning.
