RECOGNITION PROPOSED
LONDON, Dec. 12. In the House of Lords, Lord Llibank’s bill for the registration of osteopathic practitioners was read a second time by 35 votes to 20, despite the opposition of Lord Moyhihan, Loi d Dawson of Penn, and Lord Gage, the last-named on behalf of the Ministry of Health.
