THE BYRD EXPEDITION ALTERATION IN PLANS NEW YORK, Dec. 12. The 'General Electric Company’s radio station intercepted a message from Little America declaring that the expedition would quit camp late in January and return to the United States via Dunedin. No reason was given for the ■termination of the expedition, which, as originally scheduled, would require two years. _______
