HUGE MERGER
WELSH COAL COMPANIES LONDON, Dec. 12. A £17,000,000 merger has been concluded between the Powell Duffryn Coal Company and Welsh Associated Collieries, South Wales and Monmouthshire, with a productive capacity exceeding 20,000,000 tons of coal annually.
