DEATH OF A YOUTH
BUTTED BY CALF(Per Press Association.) - INVERCARGILL, last night..' The death of a youth under unusual circumstances was the subject.' of an inquest which w,as; opened - atthe Southland Hospital before Mr E. C. Lcvvey, S.M. On November 2, according to the evidence, William .Nicol, 17, employed on a farm at Spring Hills, tvas feeding calves when one of them butted against him and he was thrown against a food trough. He was brought to the Southland Hospital suffering from abdominal injuries, from which he died yesterday. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
