Mr. Justice Smith, who acted as chairman of the Royal Commission inquiring into the Native Affairs Administration, will .resume his duties on the Supremo Court bench this week. His Honor will preside at the Wanganui sessions beginning to-day, and at New Plymouth on November 12.
