Miss D. Sim, Gisborne, is the guest, of her cousin, Mrs. G. B. McAra, for a few weeks. Mrs. H. P. Bushnell opened her tennis court for play last Friday, -when she. held a ladies’ day. The weather was all that could be' desired and a happy time,was spent. Those present included Mesdames Swarbrick, West, G. B. McAra, 11. McAra, H. Berthelsen, and Miss D. Sim (Gisborne). Mrs. W. R. Tome has returned home after spending a few days as the guest of Mrs. IT. Steed, Gisborne.
