CONDEMNED GERMANS ALLEGED ESPIONAGE LONDON, Nov. 2. The Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent says the Ministry of Justice refused to name those sentenced to death on October 33. An official refused io say whether Fraulein von Berg is dead or alive. He explained that the trials were secret only when an accused was charged with betraying Germany to a foreign Power. Parents would be allowed to see their son. ot daughter before execution.
