The civic airport, facilities have been offered to Mr. Charles Ulm on his flight, to Australia. Mr. J. L. Skilling, who arrived i L.V the Aorangi, refused to divulge the plans pending Mr. Ulm’s arrival from England with tho plane. “SMITHY'S” PLANS DEPARTURE FROM HAWAII (Received November 0 p.m.) HONOLULU, Nov. 2. Sir Charles Kiugsfo'id Smith says that. he will make a test flight late to day, and take off between noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday.
