RESULTANT EXPENSES BOARD OF CONTROL TO PAY LONDON, October 5. "The Hoard of Control is standing behind Don,” declared Mr. Harold Bushby, manager of the Australian cricket team to day, in indignantly denying reports that Bradman will have io pay his own expenses in connection with his- illness and operation. Mr. Bushev again saw Bradman prior to his departure fur Australia, and said he Was fit; and cheery, although a little lonely, now that the team has gone. He expects him to he fit to leave for Australia on November 10, a little over a week' after "Mis. ’Bradman's arrival in London. - •
