AMERICAN CURRENCY SENATOR’S ALLEGATIONS . WASHINGTON, Oct. 14. Senator David Scholl, of Minnesota, said to-day: “Despite the censorship and denials from White House, the infiat ion of currency is under way. At least £30,000,000 worth of new greenbacks have left the United States Government printing presses, and are finding their way into circulation.” Senator Scholl declared that’ the campaign of doles to farmers is utilising a vast sum, and after the next- election prices will skyrocket, and the farmer will find the money he receives worth little more than the paper it is printed on.
