It does a great deal of harm to owners, because their cars are generally ruined through the ill-usage tney get. It seemg to mo that in the public interest I must inflict a sentence that will act as a deterrent. The sehtehCjO of the court is that you be detained for reformative treatment for • a period not exceeding .18 months.”
