SEQUEL TO DISMISSAL
(Per Press Association.) • . WELLINGTON, this day. The Case in which David Simp-son, an electrotypar, claimed £2OOO _ damages from’ Vickery and Inkersell Limited for alleged breach of contract, has been settled out of court. . Before Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court yesterday, Mr. C. EvansScotf, for the plaintiff, asked that the action be struck out as settled, the defendants having withdrawn all allegations of Incompotency against the plaintiff.
