MUST FIGHT
ULTIMATUM TO HARVEY
LONDON', Oct. 5. “Either you will fight Phillips, or you lose your light-heavyweight title,” is the boxing hoard of control’s ultimatum to Leu Harvey, who has refused to take the ring, As tie considers th'o purse insufficient. The purse stipulated is £730, with £430 to the Avin'ner. Harvey has been given a week to reconsider his decision. “As far as I am concerned,” says Harvey, “they can take the title now. I will not fight!”
