FOUND IN RIVER

WESTPORT, this day
The body of the late Mr. A. G. Marshall, manager of the Charming Creek Coal Mining Company, whose death occurred on October 1, when a rake of trucks on which he was riding crashed through a bridge over the Ngukawau River, was found yesterday morning under the Ngakawau railway bridge. An inquest was opened before Mr. E. E. Fox, coroner, and was adjourned after evidence of identification has been given.
