MAORI CHILD’S DEATH
FALL INTO HOT POOH (Per Press Association.) ROTORUA, this day. Following scalds received after falling into a hot pool at Whakai’ipwarewa pa last Monday, a Maori child, Makereti Watikina, aged three years, died yesterday.
The child was extensively scalded on the legs and the back of the body.
