U.S. WHEAT CROPS
SHORTAGE PREDICTED NONE TO BE EXPORTED (Elec. Tol. Copyright—United Trass Assn.) (Received Oct. 12, 2 'p.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 11. Officials of the United States .farm administration announced to-day that no plans are being made for exporting wheat this year in view of the short crop forecast of 49(1,000,000 bushels. Officials declared that the total supply of wheat in the United States at the close of the present harvest would lie 78(5,000,000 bushels, including a 290,000,000-bushel carry-over from 1933; About 62'),000,0(10 bushels was required for domestic consumption, ail'd a carry-over into the 1935-3(5 crop year of 125,000,000 bushels was planned, leaving a 3,600,000-bushel surplus. Officials estimated that this probably would be reduced by increased feeding of live slock, due to the shortage of other feeds.
