NO ELECTION
TE KARAKA TOWN BOARD RIGHT NUMBER NOMINATED There will be no election required for the selection of members of the Tc Kuraka Town Board fur the ensuing term, the number of nominations received being just equal to the number of seats on the board. Six of the old Town Board members accepted re-nomination, and were returned without a contest. They have been joined by one newcomer, who was nominated in place of Mr. R. Stephenson, a former member of the board who did not seek re-election. The old members reappointed comprise Alessrs. Charles Knowles, IS. Smitners, E. F. Krause. W. G. Keane, Af. I). Manuel, and VV. J. McDermott, the newcomer to the board table being Mr. A. Donn. Last year’s chairman was Mr. Knowles.
