DELIVERIES TO GERMANY SUSPENDED FROM LANCASHIRE (Received August 4,2 p.m.) LONDON, August 3. Lancashire cotton yarn exporters, at a special* meet ing, .decided to suspend all deliveries to Germany pending a satisfactory settlement of outstanding German debts, which are estimated at £500',000. This affects 50,C00 cotton operatives.
