MARSHAL YON HINDENBURG (British Official Wireless.) Roe. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 3. The King has commanded that flags must lie flown at half-mast on all Government buildings on Tuesday, which is the day fixed for the funeral of Marshal von Hindcnburg.
