A small eruption appeared, and-some hours later he became ill and slightly delirious, The eruption had become an ulcer.

Cooper had contracted anthrax, and he is now is hospital, recovering after injections of anti-anthrax serum. The Minister of Health, Mr. Weaver, is having regulations framed to*lessen the dangers to workers among articles which may cause anthrax.
