The Augsburg concert hall, whero the Hitler youth should have met to-day, was burnt to the ground after midnight. Nazi leaders have telegraphed 11 err Hitler, alleging that Bolshevik incendiaries were responsible, and havo offered £SOO for the discovery of the culprits. The Nazis protectively arrested 73 persons.
