BELGIAN CHILDREN (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 arm. ’RUGBY, April 6. A party of 400 Belgian school children at present on a"visit to England made a 'tour' of tho London County Council hall, where they were welcomed ■by the vice-chairman of the council. Later groups, of children visited the Tower of London, St. Paul’s, the Guildhall, and the museums. To-day the party will go to Windsor and Hampton Court. Other places of interest will be visited to morrow, and the scholars will return to Belgium on Sunday.
