NOT AVORKED BY AVATERSIDERS (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s Otaio, discharging ■to the agency of Kinsey and Company, Limited, was held up at Lyttelton to-day owing to the waterside workers refusing to work her. No reasons were given, despite three calls for labor. The vessel has 700 tons of West of England cargo to discharge and may have to remain in port over tho weekend,
