BOXING

WORLD TITLE BOUT CONTESTANTS RESTING (Elce. Tel. Copyright —United Press Assn.) MIAMI, Fob. 27. iVith all their training' for the world title bout completed, Primo Camera and Tommy Loughran rested to-day. The trainers declared both to be in excellent physical condition. Camera is expected to tip the scales at about 18st. 61b., and Loughran at 12st. 31b. The weighing-in ceremonies will take place to-morrow afternoon, a few hours before the 15-round bout. Much bickering over the officials and the rules has been settled by a local referee and judges being selected, and by the adoption of a complicated system of point scoring. Instead of the customary rounds won and lost, a compilation of points is to decide the winner, as under the New York rules a decision by a foul is not allowed. Brokers reported that there is practically no betting, with the prevailing odds favoring the Italian. The inclement weather further retarded the ticket sales, and it is now doubtful if tho gross reeeips will be more than £lO, GOO.
