(Herald Correspondent.) Air. ami Mrs. G. B. AipAra’s teams court was again the most popular place last Saturday afternoon. Afternoon tea was served under the trees, and was much, appreciated. Those present were Alesdames H. Bushnell, H. Birthelsen, F. Teiitenberg, W. Torrie, Aliss J. Bushnell, and Messrs. H. Birthelsen, H. AlcAra, E. Westcott, It. Sim, and W. Torrie. Last Aionday the broke in the hill country, being most beneficial to the pastures. Dipping operations are held up for a few days. Air. B. Gibson is visiting his sister, Airs. S. Nigro, Jeliicoe street. —Mr. Westcott is the week-end guest of Mrs. H. Steed.—Mr. and Mrs. G. Torrie and family have returned to their home after spending a holiday with relatives in Wairoa,
