SHIPMENT FOR AMERICA (Received February 3, 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 2. It is learned that a consignment of 77 cases of Australian wine, scheduled to arrive at New York on February 9. for exhibition at the international wine and liquor show, has been granted an import permit. However, no permanent import quota for Australian goods has yet boon fixed
