LABOR PARTY’S ACTION EX-PREMIER’S CASE MELBOURNE, Dec. 4. Mr. Edmond Hogan, a former Labor Premier of Victoria, was awarded one shilling damages against the Central Executive of the Australian Labor Party for an infringement of his rights by excluding him from a pre-selection ballot for the State Parliamentary sent, The Chief .lustiee, Sir Frank Dayan Duffy, said the executive's. action was contrary to the rules of the organisation.
