THE COMPANIES BILL
AMENDMENT APPROVED (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A largely attended meeting of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Society of Accountants was held for the purpose of discussing the amendments recently made to section 140 (2) of the Companies Bill. The meeting passed a resolution endorsing tho action of the council of the society in agreeing to tho clause as amended.
