(Received Nov. 28, noon.) “ SHANGHAI, Nov. 27;,' A dhring outrage was perpetrated by bandits 40 miles east of Tsitsihar on Sunday night. “ The bandits unbolted the rails of the trans-Siberian railway, and an express, travelling at 50 miles an hour, somersaulted down an embankment. The bandits then opened fire on the passengers who sought to escape from the wrecked train. . - • A Japanese guard- happened to be travelling on the train and returned the fire,' the bandits fleeing. Several of the passengers were taken captive. . The Japanese lost two killed and several wounded. It is believed that many persons were killed or injured in the wreck. ' .
