JERSEY’S! GREAT RECORD (Received November 2d, noon.) LONDON, Nov. 27. Jersey again is u paradise in a muchtaxed world. Income tax is being reduced from 6d to 4d in the pound, and the tea duty of 3d is being abolished. Guernsey also shows a surplus on a 10d income tax.
