TO DOMINATE MOSCOW
HUGE STATUE OF LENIN (Elec. Tel. Copyright —United Press Assn.) LONDON, Nov. 27. The Daily Telegraph’s Moscow correspondent says that a chromium plated statue of Lenin, bigger than New York's Statue of Liberty will soon dominate Moscow from the site of the Caihedrnl of Christ the Saviour, which was dynamited in 1931, and which the gigantic Palace of the Soviets is displacing. Lenin’s statue will be 18011. high, and it surmounts the palace, which is 600 it. high and resembles in shape a wedding cake.
