PREPARING FOR WAR
FORCES IN CHINA ULTIMATUM TO REBELS AERIAL BOMBARDMENT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 28, noon.) SHANGHAI, Nov. 27. It is reported that Nanking planes flew over important points where rebel troops are concentrated in Fukien and dropped leaflets announcing their intention to carry out an aerial bomba rdnent of Foochow unless the troops rejoin the Government.
The navy, also, is preparing to blockade Foochow and Amoy. Chinese-owned steamers are being commandeered for tlie speedy transportation of Government troops to points on the southern Chekiang coast.
